WAVERLEY SERVICED OFFICES
The Waverley Offices of Prestige Executive Suites provides fully furnished office space in a modern, commercial office building with abundant car parking in Mt Waverley, in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Located adjacent to the Monash Freeway (M1), our Serviced Offices complex is ideally located for fast access to the Melbourne CBD & Melbourne Airport as well as the major commercial and industrial areas of the eastern and southern suburbs of Greater Melbourne.
With a total of 917m2 of space on Level 2, our serviced offices range from 10m2 to 23m2 to accommodate a variety of setups.
All external serviced offices have full length and width external windows. We are located in a modern commercial building with recently re-furbished kitchen and toilet facilities. A large boardroom 40m2 room is available on the floor as well as two additional smaller meeting rooms.
BAYSIDE SERVICED OFFICES
Our Bayside Offices are located in the south eastern Melbourne suburb of Bentleigh. Our Serviced Office complex is prominently located on the north side of South Road, 100 meters east of the Nepean Highway. Your office space would provide easy access the Melbourne CBD and South Eastern Suburbs of Greater Melbourne.
Located on Level 1, our Suites range from 10m2 to 21m2, to accommodate a variety of setups.
All suites running from suite 18 through to suite 25 have almost full length and width external windows. Suite 18 is our window corner suite with the external walls being floor to ceiling, full width glass.
Suites 26, 27 and 28 have smaller elevated windows.
We are located in a modern commercial building with a recently re-furbished kitchen.
A large boardroom is available on the floor which also contains it own kitchenette. We also have an additional smaller meeting room.
